October 30, 2008 - Regan carves her first pumpkin!!!

Hehee! Well, there is a TON going on! We were scheduled to close at 1:30 yesterday, but there was a paperwork error and it was a long day that ended with nothing! I will definitely update when we get settled! We have had issues every step of the way, not sure why I thought this would be different! lol
I was so tired yesterday I just updated the old stuff! I thought we weren't even going to have time to carve pumpkins for Regan!
Well we had to lower our price due to the appraisal and then had to make repairs b/c buyer is financing through FHA. We are hounding his loan officer for final loan approval letter which is due to us no later than tomorrow and hopefully close no later than next Wed. b/c buyer's interest rate is only locked in until then. Phew that was alot in one breath. LOL!!
We find out about appraisal on new house today then go from there.
Paperwork error......Aaaarrrghh!!!
Hello, I hope you've been missing b/c you're settling into your new house.
As for me, well I'm at the end of my rope and just about to give up hope.
Our buyer is going through FHA and we are getting the run around from them. They want another appraisal and are taking their sweet old time about it and we're supposed to close on the new house on the 24th. I"m so stressed and tired.
